| 3 | Training on Cattle Production | An on-campus vocational training on Cattle Production was organized at KVK, Saraiya from 13th to 18th May, 2026. Dr. Ramakrishna Roy, sr. scientist and Head was the Course-coordinator as well as Course- Director of the training. Rural Youth (Male-45nos., Female-04 nos, Total: 49 nos. including 4 SC candidate) participated. In this training, the rural youth learned the different aspects of livestock management viz. Breeding, feeding, weeding and heeding. Different breeds of cattle as well as their production parameters, steps taken by the Government such as Key Village Scheme, AICRP on cattle, National Breeding Policy were explained as well as their outcome. For Feeding the concepts ofRoughages, concentrates, TDN, DCP, cell wall cell content as well as the basic principles and Thumb method of balance ration. Energy sources, protein sources, Mineral and vitamin sources as well as their importance was explained in depth. Different management aspect such as intensive, semi-intensive and extensive, Head to Head and Tail to tail as well as housing aspect was covered. | 7 | किसान दिवस | किसान दिवस पर कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र, सरैया में भव्य कार्यक्रम का आयोजन सरैया (मुज़फ्फरपुर)। कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र, सरैया में किसान दिवस के अवसर पर एक भव्य कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें क्षेत्र के 278 किसानों ने भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र के वरीय वैज्ञानिक एवं प्रधान डॉ. रामकृष्ण राय, मुख्य अतिथि नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष, सरैया, कुमारी अर्चना तथा विशिष्ट अतिथि सम्मानित किसान मृत्युंजय दास द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्वलन कर किया गया। इस अवसर पर केंद्रीय कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्री श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने ऑनलाइन माध्यम से किसानों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि विकसित भारत के लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति के लिए किसानों की आय बढ़ाना, ग्रामीण रोजगार सृजन और टिकाऊ कृषि को बढ़ावा देना सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रोजगार और आजीविका सुरक्षा से जुड़ी नई पहल “विकसित भारत – रोजगार एवं आजीविका गारंटी मिशन (ग्रामीण)” की जानकारी भी दी, जिसके तहत ग्रामीण परिवारों को 125 दिनों के रोजगार की गारंटी प्रदान की जाएगी। मुख्य अतिथि कुमारी अर्चना ने किसानों की भूमिका को राष्ट्र निर्माण की आधारशिला बताते हुए वैज्ञानिक खेती अपनाने पर बल दिया। वहीं डॉ. रामकृष्ण राय ने किसानों को फसल, सब्जी एवं दुग्ध उत्पादन से संबंधित सरकारी योजनाओं और तकनीकी नवाचारों की जानकारी दी। डॉ. तरुण कुमार एवं डॉ. रजनीश कुमार ने उत्पादन बढ़ाने और लागत घटाने के उपायों पर मार्गदर्शन किया। कार्यक्रम में कृषि, पशुपालन एवं संबद्ध क्षेत्रों में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले 10 प्रगतिशील किसानों को अंग वस्त्र एवं स्मृति चिन्ह देकर सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य किसानों को नई तकनीकों और योजनाओं से जोड़कर उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाना रहा। | 2025-12-23 |

| 23 | Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan (7 June 2025) | दिनांक 07 जून 2025 को डॉ. राजेन्द्र प्रसाद केन्द्रीय कृषि विश्वविद्यालय, पूसा के अधीन कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र, सरैया, मुजफ्फरपुर में "विकसित कृषि संकल्प अभियान – 2025" का सफलतापूर्वक आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर लगभग 1000 महिला व पुरुष किसानों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि माननीय कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण राज्य मंत्री, भारत सरकार श्री रामनाथ ठाकुर जी, श्रीमती वीणा देवी (माननीय सांसद, वैशाली), श्री अशोक कुमार सिंह (माननीय विधायक, पारू), पद्मश्री किसान चाची श्रीमती राजकुमारी देवी, माननीय कुलपति डॉ. पी. एस. पाण्डेय, RPCAU, पूसा समस्तीपुर, डॉ. ए. के. सिंह (निदेशक, अनुसंधान), डॉ. मयंक राय (निदेशक, प्रसार शिक्षा), श्री सुधीर कुमार (जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, मुजफ्फरपुर) और अन्य वैज्ञानिकों की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही। इस कार्यक्रम के दौरान केंद्र परिसर में लगभग 15 से 20 स्टॉल लगाए गए, जिनमें आधुनिक कृषि तकनीकों जैसे जैविक खेती, जल संरक्षण, मृदा स्वास्थ्य प्रबंधन, उन्नत कृषि यंत्र, फसल विविधिकरण एवं जलवायु अनुकूल तकनीकों पर विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान की गई। इन तकनीकों को किसानों ने बड़ी रुचि से देखा और सराहा। इस अवसर पर क्षेत्र के प्रगतिशील किसानों को उनके उत्कृष्ट कार्यों के लिए माननीय कृषि मंत्री एवं माननीय कुलपति द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया, जिससे उन्हें आगे और बेहतर कार्य हेतु प्रोत्साहन प्राप्त हुआ। कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य किसानों को जलवायु-स्मार्ट, सतत और आत्मनिर्भर कृषि तकनीकों से जोड़ना तथा ग्रामीण कृषि विकास को सशक्त बनाना था! | 2025-06-07 |

| 55 | समेकित पोषक तत्व प्रबंधन अन्तर्गत उर्वरक अनुज्ञप्ति हेतु 15 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम | कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र सरैया में समेकित पोषक तत्व प्रबंधन अन्तर्गत उर्वरक अनुज्ञप्ति हेतु 15 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम 06/08/2024 को शुभारंभ किया गया। उर्वरक अनुज्ञप्ति को लेकर दिए जा रहे प्रशिक्षण में जिले के 40 प्रशिक्षणार्थियों उपस्थित हुए। प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य उर्वरक विक्रेताओं या उर्वरक अनुज्ञप्ति/ लाइसेंस के लिए इच्छुक युवाओं को गुणवत्तापूर्ण उर्वरकों की जानकारी देना है। इस कार्यक्रम में डॉ. अनिल कुमार सिंह, वरीय वैज्ञानिक एवं प्रधान, कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र, सरैया, मुख्य अतिथि पद्मश्री किसान चाची (श्रीमती राजकुमारी देवी) द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलित कर कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ किया | डॉ० अनिल कुमार सिंह, वैज्ञानिक एवं प्रधान ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि वर्तमान में कई प्रकार के नए उर्वरकों का उत्पादन देश में किया जा रहा है। जिसमें जैविक एवं रासायनिक दोनों प्रकार के खाद हैं। जिसके उपयोग की जानकारी एवं उसमें पोषक तत्व की जानकारी किसानों को बहुत कम है। इस प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से विभिन्न प्रकार के नए उर्वरकों की जानकारी के साथ-साथ समेकित पोषक तत्व एवं मृदा स्वास्थ्य प्रबंधन की जानकारी भी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। उर्वरक विक्रेताओं को 15 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण उपरांत प्रमाण पत्र मुहैया कराया जाएगा। जिसके आधार पर इन उर्वरक विक्रेताओं को लाइसेंस मिल पाएगी। इस शुभारम्भ कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्य अतिथि पद्मश्री किसान चाची (श्रीमती राजकुमारी देवी) ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि प्रशिक्षण को गंभीरता से लें एवं तकनीकी जानकारी को बारीकी से समझें जिससे किसानों के बीच सही जानकारी पहुंच सके इस कार्यक्रम का मंच संचालन डॉ० तरुण कुमार, वैज्ञानिक (कृषि इंजीनियरिंग) ने किया और धन्यवाद ज्ञापन डॉ० रजनीश सिंह, वैज्ञानिक (फसल उत्पादन) ने किया । इस कार्यक्रम के दौरान श्री मनोज कुमार (प्रोग्राम सहायक), कुमारी प्रतिभा (सहायक), श्री सुमन कुमार, (आशुलिपिक) एवं अन्य कर्मचारीगण उपस्थित थे। | 2024-08-06 |

| 64 | दो दिवसीय किसान मेला 2024, विषय "सतत एवं जलवायु अनुकूल कृषि से महिलाओं का संरक्षण" | केवीके सरैया ने एटीएमए, मुजफ्फरपुर द्वारा वित्त पोषित दो दिवसीय किसान मेला 2024 का आयोजन किया, जिसका विषय "सतत एवं जलवायु अनुकूल कृषि से महिलाओं का संरक्षण" था। इस कार्यक्रम में पद्मश्री किसान चाची (राजकुमारी देवी) विशेष अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित थीं। सम्मानित अतिथि के रूप में डीएओ, मुजफ्फरपुर, कुमार चंदन, SDPO सरैया, एवं उप-अध्यक्ष उपस्थित थे। परियोजना निदेशक आत्मा विनोद कुमार। इस मेले में महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विशेष बातचीत और जलवायु अनुकूल कृषि के महत्व को विस्तार से बताया गया। जलवायु परिवर्तन फसल की उपज, जल की उपलब्धता, मृदा-स्वास्थ्य, कीट एवं बीमारी के प्रकोप और खाद्य सुरक्षा को प्रभावित कर सकता है। जलवायु अनुकूल कृषि खाद्य प्रणालियाँ जलवायु परिवर्तन को कम करने और अनुकूलन करने, खाद्य उत्पादन बढ़ाने, गरीबी कम करने तथा आजीविका में सुधार लाने में मदद कर सकती हैं। इस आयोजन में कुल 600 कृषक महिलाओं और 125 किसानों ने भाग लिया। प्रगतिशील किसानों, FPO, गैर सरकारी संगठनों और कृषक महिलाओं द्वारा 12 प्रदर्शन स्टॉल लगाए गए थे। | 2024-03-31 |
